Our climate-changed world demands ever more from us — more presence, more love, more courage, more capacity to hold grief. These circles on the wild edges provide an oasis of respite and discernment to nourish you and the spiritual communities you touch.

This spring, The BTS Center is once again hosting group-based spiritual accompaniment. Led by skilled and credentialed facilitators, and drawing on the deep traditions and practices of spiritual direction: these circles are brave communities of exploration, questions, and contemplation.

We live in and love a broken and beautiful world, and we are not meant to carry that love alone. We find ourselves at the edges of systems — religious, political, and ecological — that are beleaguered but could be lifegiving. Walking these wild edges, we find like-spirited seekers, and together we hold the big questions of vocation, calling, and journey.

Our many diverse religious and spiritual traditions have well-tested technologies of the soul that help us meet apocalypse. Individual practices are vital, but community and connection are the ballasts that strengthen and steady us for the work to which we’re called.
