Guiding a community of faith through the world today requires the agility of spiritual imagination, the steadiness of enduring wisdom, and a transformative leadership posture in the midst of a changing religious landscape. Faith leaders today are holding space for earth-sized experiences of grief, while continuing to make room to celebrate the wonders of being alive. They are called to gather all of the efforts and energy of their community around a shared commitment to the common good, while continuously dismantling despair and striving to embody hope.
For those of you who are committed to leading in transformative ways, we want you to know: You do not have to do this alone.
The Leadership Commons is a space where we are developing new content, and gathering materials adapted from past programs, to help equip faith leaders in the work of guiding communities of spiritual practice through the uncertainties of life on a changing planet.
These resources are available for you to use with your community, free of charge. If you need support in imagining how to facilitate an experience in your context using the materials in the Leadership Commons, contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a conversation with one of our Program Team members.
We are committing much of our organizational focus to equipping faith leaders with the knowledge, skills, mindsets, and practices that are needed for effective and faithful ministry in a time of global climate devastation. If you have a ministry idea or question that fits this theme, we would love to hear from you via email at email@example.com.
We aim to make the Leadership Commons as dynamic as our changing planet requires. Check back again as we endeavor to add more resources, create opportunities to build mutual relationships, and make our way together as ministers of good faith.
As you use materials from the Leadership Commons please share your feedback, learnings, and success stories with us!
