The Rev. Lissette Gonzalez Sosa is a Presbyterian pastor, eco-theologian, educator, and community-rooted organizer whose ministry lives at the intersection of creation care, spiritual formation, justice, and sacred imagination. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Sanctuary + Seed, a PC(USA) 1001 New Worshiping Community in Martinsville, New Jersey, where she serves as organizing pastor and cultivates Wild Church worship, regenerative gardens, ecological discipleship, retreats, and community-based learning.

Lissette holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University, as well as a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Christian Education and Formation, and a Master of Theology and Ecology from Princeton Theological Seminary. Her work is shaped by Jesus, decolonial eco-theology, Indigenous wisdom traditions, migrant and farmworker advocacy, and the conviction that tending the earth is inseparable from tending the soul and loving our neighbors. She is also the mother of three beautiful women and finds deep joy in music, trees, and the unexpected wonder of the sacred showing up in ordinary places. As an EcoPreacher Kinship Circle Facilitator, she brings a pastoral, grounded, and generative presence to the work of accompanying preachers as they listen for the Spirit speaking through Scripture, creation, and the urgent realities of our time.
