Rev. Todd Weir is Pastor of the Congregational Church (UCC) in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, where the rhythms of coastal life — tides, seasons, salt air and pine — have shaped both his ministry and his theology. He kayaks (especially if seals are out), snowshoes, hikes the Maine woods, and is a haphazard gardener.

Todd has served in ministry for 35 years. He writes Ear to the Holy Ground, a Substack on creation spirituality and place-based faith, and leads retreats and guided meditations drawing on Celtic and contemplative traditions.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Todd works primarily with clergy and non-profit leaders navigating change, and brings a Bowen Family Systems lens to questions of congregational vitality and vocational discernment. He also chairs the Community Resource Council of the Boothbay Region, which helps local people access food, shelter and heat.
