Mallory Coleman joined The BTS Center as an Office Assistant, bringing a love for organization, creativity, and helping others feel supported. Their journey has taken them through roles in arts, nonprofits, and hospitality, including the Portland Museum of Art and the Maine Association of Nonprofits, where they honed their skills in administration, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Originally from Massachusetts, Mallory earned an Associate in Liberal Studies from Southern Maine Community College. Outside the office, Mallory can be found painting, photographing, or wandering along the beach, finding inspiration in the colors and rhythms of the Maine coast.
