On behalf of our Board of Trustees and our dedicated staff team, we’re pleased to share with you our 2025 Report to the Community, filled from cover to cover with stories and images that capture a year of spiritual exploration, a year of growth in leadership and wisdom, a year of courageous and contemplative community, a year of grateful and joyful engagement.
When you have a little time, we hope you’ll pull up a chair, or maybe find your way to a comfortable spot beside a body of water or among the trees, and flip through the pages of this Report. We invite you — encourage you! — to read it cover to cover! Study the images. Savor the poetry and prose. Find your place within this ever-expanding, beloved community. As you peruse this Report, please receive our gratitude for all the ways you are helping to shape and enliven this work that we are undertaking together — the important, imaginative work of cultivating and nurturing spiritual leadership for a climate-changed world.
No document like this can capture everything, and this one certainly doesn’t, but we’re so glad to be able to celebrate a few highlights from the more than thirty programs we’ve developed and hosted over this past year, each one crafted with creativity and thoughtfulness and facilitated with care. We are overjoyed that hundreds and hundreds of you, from all over the United States and beyond, have accepted our invitation to take part in a learning community or book discussion group, to attend an online workshop or an in-person retreat, to engage with our historically-rooted and reimagined Convocation, or to log in for a public conversation or a sacred ritual. If our paths have crossed in one of these ways, we hope this Report will bring back a treasured memory or two.
